Delivery Information

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we guarantee to call you within 48 hours of your order and offer you an alternative product or delivery time.

Our carriage charges are as follows:

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £100.00
  • Other Orders & Offshore (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, etc.) – cost of delivery can vary dependent on the weight of your order. If delivery charge is not available at checkout then please contact us for further information.

Returns policy

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Any goods ordered by the buyer subsequently returned to 2kleen Limited for any reason other than faulty manufacture, will be subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the invoice value of the goods. The forgoing condition is further subject to goods being returned in the condition dispatched, and the responsibility for any costs or charges incurred in the return of such goods to the premises of 2kleen Limited will be the buyer's responsibility.

Items must be returned in the packaging in which they arrived. If not then adequate measures must be taken to ensure a safe return. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

2kleen Limited will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event of finding no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Purchasing, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch.

Should you prefer we will Pro-forma the invoice on receipt of order. Cheques should be made payable to 2kleen Limited and posted to 2kleen Limited, Unit 14A Bold Industrial Park, Neill’s Road, Bold, St Helens, WA9 4TU. Goods will be dispatched as soon as funds have cleared.

Account facilities are available for regular ordering for non-domestic customers following completion of our account application form which will be forwarded to you.
